Deficiencies

From finding to fix, with the evidence attached

Deficiencies live on the asset with a priority, notes, and imagery, and site-level deficiencies capture findings that belong to the facility rather than to one piece of equipment. Resolve either with after photos so the record shows the work, not just the flag.
