Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern the text messaging program operated by NorthGrid, LLC ("NorthGrid," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to anyone who opts in to receive text messages from us, whether or not they are a NorthGrid customer.

Program Description

NorthGrid operates an informational SMS text messaging program for business contacts who have asked to hear from us. Subscribers receive only the following types of messages:

• Conversational messages — replies to your inquiry and follow-up related to it.
• Transactional messages — demo scheduling, appointment confirmations, and reminders.
• Notifications and alerts — updates relating to a demo or conversation you have requested.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program. If NorthGrid ever offers marketing texts, they will be a separate program requiring separate, express consent.

How You Opt In

You are only added to the program by giving affirmative, express consent through one of the following:

• Website form. Providing a mobile number and checking the consent box on the contact form at northgridtracking.com. The box is unchecked by default, is never required to submit the form, and the phone field itself is optional.
• In person. Completing this same website form on a NorthGrid-provided device at a trade show, conference, or other event. No paper forms are used.
• Direct request. Asking a member of the NorthGrid team, in writing, to contact you by text.

The consent language shown on our website contact form reads:

We keep a record of each opt-in, including the mobile number, the date and time, the method of consent, and the exact consent language shown at that moment.

Providing a mobile number and checking the consent box is optional. You can submit the contact form without either, and doing so does not enroll you in text messaging.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and your interaction with us. This is a conversational program, so you will generally receive messages only in connection with an active discussion.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. NorthGrid does not charge you for messages.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will send no further texts to that number. You can also opt out by emailing support@northgridtracking.com or calling (907) 786-9175.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email communications, and does not affect your NorthGrid account or subscription.

Carriers and Delivery

Messages are supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Mobile Information Is Not Shared

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. This program is intended for business contacts in the United States. You must be the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority over, the mobile number you provide.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how we message you will be communicated before they take effect.
