From findings to fix, with the evidence attached
Deficiencies live on the asset while findings live on the site, each with a priority, notes, and imagery. Asset deficiencies track problems with a specific piece of equipment; site findings capture findings that belong to the facility as a whole. Resolve either with after photos so the record shows the work, not just the flag.
